I live in a really small rental, and I have moved twice in the last year. This couch is about 70" long, has a seat depth of 21" that is about 15" off the floor.This isn't a forever couch, but it definitely works as a "right now couch" that could serve as a sleeping pad in a pinch.It is stiff, there isn't much padding, but generally this couch is high value given the price point.Assembly was easy by myself; though, I didn't know how to get the adjustable parts back to their original positions, which only requires moving them all the way to their end point and then back to their starting position. The required motion is in a video. This did stall my assembly, but I imagine most people would know this already.All and all a decent couch that will easily disassembly and move if it lasts until the next move.
