The only thing I disliked was the creamy shade, given I wanted something more grey, but when they came in the color grew on me pretty quickly.These things are awesome for our small apartment. They aren’t obnoxious like the usual American style couches, but instead minimalistic. Low to the ground, so consider that if you have bad knees or such. We sleep on a Japanese style mattress over a tatami grass mat so my husband and I are used to firm beds. I’d say this is softer and the firm sort of comfortable. Better for your back’s natural alignment, and something you can easily get used too. Taking naps on it is gonna rock, and my guests don’t have to worry about uncomfortable air mattresses.It fits my husband fine, and he is 6’2”. We bought two to act as a floored, space saving love seat. When pressed together they stick well to one another. I’ve always wanted to cuddle my husband on a couch (we haven’t had a couch in a long while) and these do excellent!They adjust well, and these can hold up against weight compared to others we’ve seen where the joints were anything but metal. They’re sturdy and easy to move around. No instructions were given, but it’s pretty common sense on how to adjust the back and such after some playing around with it. The cover is removable and washable too which is a big plus. Since that also came with no instructions I would personally hand wash, or machine delicate, and then air dry to avoid shrinking.10/10, I’d any problems occur I’ll be sure to update, but unless you football dive into these things or jump on them without considering the fact that they have adjustable joints (metal or not), they aren’t going to break.Bought two for guests. They are very firm. Able to support 325Lbs with no problem. If you are a person who weighs much less or does not prefer firm support, this may need further thought before purchasing. Otherwise, you'll probably be happy with their look and performance. Especially the dual function and removable upholstery.If you need to sleep on this, be sure to buy a small foam mattress because it is hardIt is a great option as a temporary bed. Not meant for adult seating as the back rest is only supported by Velcro on both sides. Needs a better support method and I hope this things last a bit.Chair was received faster than expected. Unpacking and set up is quick and easy. At 28 inches wide it is almost the width of a twin bed. Very firm! I will use a mattress topper to help with comfort. My 2 year old grandson will use during visits and is easy to please. Fabric is the thinnest I have ever seen. Almost transparent. Pillow in the picture is not the pillow that is included with chair. Considering the low price, it fits our needs perfectly.Great addition without taking up a lot of space. I bout two and made it a mini sofa!I bought this for a friend who lives in a small trailer so there is limited room for a bed. This worked out well because when he’s not using it as a bed it doubles for another seat in the room when company comes over.
