Super cute, sturdy bed. It was by far the easiest piece of furniture my husband and I have ever put together. Using his power drill, it took about 20 minutes. My 4-year-old loves her new bed and it's fairly low to the ground, which is great for her transition from a toddler bed. I put an 8 inch innerspring pillow top mattress on it and it works perfect. Would recommend!Very nice twin bed. Nice walnut colour. DO NOT overtighten the bolts, the top rung on the footboard was wobblily. Instead of taking it apart and sending it back I placed two small braces to make it stable (see pics). Despite my 3 star for sturdiness, it's a solid bed and I am 180 pounds. I have a Sleep Number mattress and I added more slats to go with the ten slats that come with the bed.I am very pleased with this product. It arrived sooner than indicated. It took about two hours to assemble. Would have been less time, but only visual instructions and no written instructions. The holes for the screws on the rails were very small and didn't line up with the holes on the slats. But it was fine as the screws were able to fit on the rail and was very secure. Nice color and compliments the bedroom. There's enough space underneath the bed to accommodate storage. Good value for the product...real wood no mdf, no odor. Thank you!It was easy to assemble. Looks nice when finished.The product description on Amazon said max weight was 500 lbs, but a sticker on the queen bed itself says 250 lbs.Also, the wood has nicks in it.Bought this bedframe to match my existing bedside table and chest of drawers. The colour is a good match, but the finish of the product is not great. Joint bolts are visible on the frame.Make sure u where working gloves while putting it together if not you'll get splinter
